Shipping policy

We ship to 62 countries (the listed territories can be found under art. 10) and to ensure an easy and enjoyable shopping experience, in all countries, customs fees and import duties are included in the final price of the purchased product. In certain rare cases, where local taxes and additional charges are required, the shipper may present you with a separate invoice and bill you for these charges. 

The return policy is specifically covered in the Terms of Sale.

Please be informed that during the sales period, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Delays may also occur as a result of customs inspections. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. 

Shipping costs vary according to the volume and weight of the package and will be automatically calculated and displayed under the item “shipping costs” upon insertion of the delivery address.  

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipper.

Due to customs regulations in the Russian Federation and United States, delivery times in these countries may be delayed by up to two weeks. 

In the United States, the value and type of goods may also require the assistance of a broker, who may contact you to ask for the information needed to go through with the import.  

Available shipping options are the same as in Italy.

Please take the following information into account:

• All orders require a signature upon receipt; 

• We are not able to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please ensure that you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery; 

• The courier does not send to P.O. boxes or use a post office hold mail service; 

• If the courier does not find anyone at the given address, he will try to deliver the package to the same address at least one more time.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during the office hours of the countries to which the goods are to be delivered. It is not possible to schedule a delivery for a specific day and time. The courier does not deliver on pre-holidays and holidays.

Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions for certain countries. These promotions will be applied to your order, annulling the shipping costs. In the case that you need to return an item purchased during a free shipping promotion, the return will be at your own expense. 

We insure every order in transit until delivery and we require your signature upon receipt of each delivered product. Once the product has been signed for at the address provided by you, we are no longer responsible for the proper carrying out of the order.

In order to ensure a correct calculation of shipping costs, when you select the shipping address on our website, we recommend that you also select the country of shipment. The VAT in force in the various countries is included in the price for all destinations within the European Union and outside Europe. 

In all countries, shipments are made in “DDP” (“Delivery Duty Paid”) which means that all applicable import taxes are included in the final price of the product, unless stated otherwise.
