Shearling jacket.

The shearling jacket quality is very good: it is warm and the leather is nice to the touch. I would have apreciated an inside breast pocket. Moretti's customer service is efficient and via chat, you can communicate easily. The delivery was quick, 2 days, and the packaging was very accurate.

Superb in every aspect

Five stars firstly in comparison with other Milanese furriers. Moretti furrier is a cut above the competition. His manufacture is inventive, individual, exclusive. His items are clearly bespoke: you won't find them anywhere else. The pleasure in top quality cashmere and top quality skins shines out: someone has a lot of fun making these beautiful things. They are tastefully presented on the attractive website. Moretti is clever to include duties and taxes in the Sterling prices: he realises that most people don't want to engage with UK duty and so forth. Finally, the service: as polished as though I had appeared in the shop. Simple exchanges of messages and photos over WhatsApp. I was looked after by the lovely Marta: well-informed, jolly, friendly, excellent English. My 2 coats arrived promptly via FedEx, robustly parcelled up and covered with heavy plastic wrap. Thank you Marta and Mr Moretti and craftsmen: I will be back to you. Top drawer!
